The Organizing Committee of the IV International Seminar on Agricultural Health (SISA 2023), to be held at the Plaza América Convention Center, Varadero, Cuba from May 8 to 12, 2023, with the central theme «Science and innovation for One Health».
The Seminar will constitute a framework to discuss approaches, strategies and results of intersectoral and multidisciplinary collaboration, at different scales of intervention and from the communities, in confronting the problems resulting from the growing interaction between people, animals and plants with the
ecosystem in general, those that threaten the optimal health of all, the sustainability of the agri-food sector and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
From the One Health perspective, alternatives for mitigation and resilience development will be presented in the face of complex challenges that cross-cuttingly threaten the health of the ecosystem, plants, animals, and people, with the participation of researchers, professors, specialists, students , decision makers, entrepreneurs and producers from different sectors, disciplines and countries.
An Exhibition Associated with the Event will be held (virtual and face-to-face modality), where the main technological advances with related themes will be shown.
